Areas of Expertise

ADHD

I specialize in supporting children and women with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) through a holistic, affirming lens. Rather than focusing solely on deficits, I work to uncover and amplify strengths—like creativity, passion, and insight—while helping clients build tools for focus, self-regulation, and self-understanding. For children, I often work with both the child and their caregivers to develop skills in emotional regulation, executive functioning, and relational problem-solving. Sessions may include playful, movement-based, or nature-based elements to match a child’s developmental needs. For women with ADHD, I provide a space to explore how ADHD uniquely shows up in their lives—often hidden under layers of anxiety, perfectionism, and overwhelm. We’ll work together to deconstruct shame, build realistic routines, strengthen self-compassion, and develop sustainable systems for balance and growth.

Children and Adolescents

I offer developmentally attuned therapy for children and adolescents that honors each young person’s individuality, curiosity, and need for secure connection. My work is grounded in helping kids build a strong sense of self, learn to navigate emotions, and grow into confident problem-solvers and resilient humans. For young children, I primarily work through the family system—partnering closely with caregivers to support secure attachment, co-regulation, and positive routines at home. For tweens and teens, therapy may involve talk, movement, creativity, or outdoor sessions that invite meaningful exploration while fostering autonomy and emotional awareness. Across all ages, I emphasize the development of executive functioning, social-emotional skills, and strengths-based identity through integrative, relationship-focused care.

Parents & Caregivers

I help parents and caregivers nurture strong, connected relationships with their children—rooted in attachment, empathy, and positive development. Whether you’re navigating behavioral challenges, emotional outbursts, life transitions, or just seeking more clarity in your parenting, I offer a compassionate space to reflect, reset, and rebuild confidence. Using a nonjudgmental, collaborative approach, I draw from attachment theory, developmental psychology, and mind-body practices to support you in creating a home environment where both you and your child can thrive. Together, we’ll work to deepen connection, strengthen emotional safety, and find practical tools that align with your family’s values. As a certified school psychologist, I also support families in navigating the special education process. Whether you're pursuing an evaluation, developing an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), or simply trying to understand your child’s learning and behavioral needs, I can help you advocate with clarity and confidence. I offer guidance around eligibility, communication with school teams, and how to integrate supports between home and school so your child’s growth is supported across environments.

Adults

I offer therapy for adults and couples seeking greater clarity, connection, and balance in their lives. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, helping you explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape your inner world and relationships. Whether you're navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, or questions of identity and purpose, I provide a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your strengths. I integrate traditional and mind-body techniques—including mindfulness, somatic awareness, nature-based practices, and values-driven goal setting—to support lasting, meaningful change. For couples, I offer therapy focused on strengthening communication, deepening connection, repairing trust, and fostering shared growth. My work is inclusive and affirming of all relationship structures and identities.

Common areas of focus include:

  • Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm

  • Identity exploration and life transitions

  • Burnout and work-life imbalance (including support for educators)

  • Relationship and communication challenges

  • Women’s mental health

  • Reconnecting with purpose, values, and creativity

Sessions are available virtually, in person (walk-and-talk), and in group formats. Together, we’ll create space for insight, resilience, and sustainable well-being.
